About Dr. Bradley A. Bodner Founder and medical director of the Center for Alternatives to Surgery, Dr. Bradley A. Bodner is a world leader in the field of aesthetic medicine. Renowned for his innovative aesthetic procedures, Dr. Bodner personally has created a number of advanced, one-of-a-kind procedures that only can be found at The Center for Alternatives to Surgery. At the University of Wisconsin, Dr. Bodner earned his Bachelor of Science degree with a double major in the fields of zoology and psychology. This was followed by four years of medical school at Des Moines University. Dr. Bodner went on to complete his internship at Michigan State University. This multi-disciplinary and extensive internship entailed specialty training in several fields, including Plastic Surgery, Emergency Medicine, General Surgery, Family practice, Internal medicine, Cardiology and Obstetrics/Gynecology. With an enduring commitment to academic excellence and the study of advanced treatments, Dr. Bodner went on to pursue a three-year residency program at the University of Chicago in the very specialized field of Physiatry. Dr. Bodner now focuses exclusively on aesthetic medicine. Having performed literally thousands of laser- and light-based procedures, injections, and chemical peels, Dr. Bodner brings a level of experience and expertise rarely found in the field of aesthetic medicine. Dr. Bodner is a member of the American Academy of Aesthetic Medicine, American Society of Laser Medicine & Surgery, American Society of Aesthetic Medicine & Intradermotherapy, World Association for Laser Therapy and the North American Association for Laser Therapy. |
