Non-Surgical Face Lift
Is it possible to have a nonsurgical facelift? The answer, quite simply, is yes! While we cannot duplicate surgery, we can tighten skin and much more. When our office started the Nonsurgical facelift, we had one new piece of equipment: the Cutera Titan. This device does one thing and one thing only- tighten skin. We use it to tighten that “turkey neck,” jowls, chin, skin around the eyes, or virtually any area of loose skin-any where on the face or body. We now have more to offer. For example, the Fraxel SR1500 laser treats wrinkles, fine lines, any discoloration, sun damage, texture, pore size, acne scars, melasma, surgical/other scars, and even more. There is no laser that will give you greater results with fewer risks.

Our Candela GentleYag will treat vascular blemishes such as broken capillaries and spider veins, and recently had a study performed finding greater results on skin tightening then Thermage.

Finally, we have several options for fatty areas on the face including Mesotherapy, Lipo-dissolve, Carboxytherapy, and the new Syneron Velasmooth Contour applicator. Reduce bulging chins, neck, jowls, etc.

So clearly we have multiple options to build a unique plan for each individual or we may combine all our technologies for The Ultimate Nonsurgical Facelift.

Non-Surgical Breast Lift
How is this possible? By tightening the skin of sagging breasts, we have been able to lift breasts upward. Aesthetic Buyer’s Guide magazine recently documented this with both photographic evidence and quantitative measurements. We use the Cutera Titan and/or Candela GentleYag for this procedure and have had excellent results. You should not expect the same results as surgery, but on the other hand, no incisions, no wounds, no scars, and no downtime.

Non-Surgical Tummy Tuck
A tummytuck should be capable of accomplishing two things: skin tightening and fat reduction. The Center for Alternatives to Surgery has, once again, brought together the best technologies from around the world to do just this. The Cutera Titan and/or Candela GentleYag are the best two lasers available to tighten skin on any part of the body. Lipo-dissolve, Mesotherapy, Syneron Velasmooth, and Carboxytherapy, are all effective for fat and cellulite reduction.

Got stretch marks? We can help with that as well. The Fraxel SR1500 laser is probably the most effective laser available for stretch marks. As reported in Vogue Magazine, Fraxel improves stretch marks in three ways: by bringing the indentations up to the level of the surrounding skin, by smoothing out their texture, and by restoring some pigmentation to restore color.

Depending on any individual’s needs, we can combine any or all of the above procedures.

Non-Surgical Buttocks Lift
Several options are available to nonsurgically lift the gluteal region. Often, sagging is due to loose skin. We use the Cutera Titan and/or Candela GentleYag to tighten, lift and firm the buttocks. If cellulite is the problem, we use Velasmooth and or Mesotherapy. Some want the appearance of a larger behind. While we cannot (yet) actually make the gluteal region larger without surgery, we can cause it to appear larger. By tightening loose, sagging skin, the buttocks often appears fuller. In addition, we often use Lipo-dissolve or other of our fat reduction techniques to reduce the size of the waist; again increasing the appearance of the buttoks.
