Lipodissolve
Lipodissolveis a non-surgical method of body contouring and an alternative to minor liposculpture. It is the first, clinically proven, non-surgical therapy for melting away small-to-medium fat deposits on the face, neck and body. It offers remarkable body-sculpting results in as little as a few weeks to a couple of months, depending on the extent of the required treatment.
Lipodissolve originated in Europe and was developed further in the U.S. and Latin America. Injections are based on a mixture of standard medications, including vitamins, enzymes and phosphatidylcholine, a natural substance derived from soy. Medication is administered directly into the fat to initiate the breakdown of fat accumulation.
The main component of Lipodissolve is phosphatidylcholine, which is a natural compound produced from the soya bean. The body uses the same substance in a number of chemical pathways, including fat metabolism. Lipodissolve has been scientifically proven to break down fat cell walls. The fat is dissolved into liquid and eliminated from the body through natural means.
Prior to treatment, you will have the procedure plan explained, which will include where the injections will be made as well as how many injections you will need before the treatment commences.
To ensure a smooth reduction of the unwanted fat deposit, it is important to achieve the necessary concentration of phosphatidylcholine in every part of the treated area. This requires a specific multi-injection technique. At the time of consultation, the required dosage per area will be calculated. The amounts of phosphatidylcholine injected into one fat deposit will range according to your individual needs.
The Lipodissolve procedure takes between 15 and 30 minutes and depends on how many areas you are having treated per session. The number of required treatments differs from person to person, depending upon body region and body size. As a rule, two to four treatments in intervals of six to eight weeks apart are necessary to successfully complete the treatment and produce the best results.
The effect of the treatment session becomes apparent roughly in six to eight weeks as the active ingredients work on breaking down the fat cells in the injected area. You can resume normal activity and there are no special requirements after this procedure. You may continue to experience some mild discomfort and swelling during this time, but such feelings are normal for just one to three days.
What are the benefits?
- Mild, non-surgical procedure that reduces pockets of fat of the face and body without dramatic surgery.
- Unlike Liposuction, where uneven "dents” can occur in the areas where fat has been removed, new or future weight gain after Lipodissolve treatment is accumulated evenly.
- Extremely safe and effective.
- No downtime. Immediately resume normal activity.
- Phosphatidylcholine gives excellent results on cellulite and smoothes the "orange peel" effect.
- Results remain permanent unless there is new weight gain.

Mesotherapy
Mesotherapy is an exciting aesthetic treatment that functions as a “no-downtime" alternative to traditional cosmetic procedures. Dr. Michel Pistor, a French general practitioner, developed this medical technique in 1952. He used Mesotherapy to treat skin disorders, vascular diseases, sports-related trauma, rheumatoid conditions, and circulation issues. At pre sent, physicians are using Mesotherapy for a variety of cosmetic treatments, including cellulite reduction, stretch marks, scar revision, hair loss, spot-weight reduction, and to improve the appearance of skin laxity and wrinkles.
The main use of Mesotherapy is for local fat and cellulite reduction. Sometimes, Mesotherapy is a good alternative to Liposuction with no downtime and a procedure that can be performed during a lunch hour.
During a Mesotherapy treatment, medication introduced in very small doses is injected into the middle layer of the skin (mesoderm). Each skin condition or body area being treated will demand a specific formula. For example, skin rejuvenation would require a formula that includes nutrients, vitamins, minerals, and hyalorunic acid.
To effectively treat cellulite, several compounds are injected to dissolve the connective tissue that produces the so-called "cottage cheese" appearance and to increase lymphatic flow. These microinjections are relatively painless so there is no need for anesthesia. Patients resume normal activities following treatment. The only potential side effect is slight bruising from the injections. Some people develop temporary soreness and bumps in the treated area.

VelaShape™
VelaShape™ is a recent advancement proven to reduce the appearance of cellulite. It safely recontours the body's surface, smoothening out unsightly cellulite.
Approximately 80% of women suffer from cellulite today. Cellulite is not a sign of obesity or a weight problem. Even very lean, fit women can have patches of “hard” cellulite that attaches directly to the muscle. Cellulite is prevalent in women because of fat cells residing closer to the surface. Heredity and insufficient water intake can contribute to cellulite development.
The VelaShape™ treatment involves a new technology called elos (short for electro-optical synergy) which uses a combination of radio frequency waves, a laser, tissue mobilization and suction.
VelaShape™ is the first combined-energy technology that uses bi-polar radio frequency and light, in addition to deep tissue massage and suction. The procedure breaks up the fat and mobilizes the water from tissues to help recontour the skin's surface.
Conducted radio frequency increases oxygen intracellular diffusion by heating the adipose tissue (responsible for cellulite). This causes an increase in metabolism of stored energy, thereby causing the fat to shrink. The infrared light increases elasticity of the skin, while also heating up the subcutaneous fat. The skin is protected from damage at all times. A gentle vacuum suction and rotating electrodes facilitate tissue mobilization, creating a smooth contour. The vacuum or suction helps dilate blood vessels, while improving circulation. This combination of energy will effectively reduce cellulite in the treatment areas over the course of a few treatments.
This method has been proven to safely and effectively reduce cellulite while also reducing body weight and circumferential size of the stomach, abdomen, hips, thighs, buttocks, and upper arms. A non-invasive and non-surgical procedure, VelaShape™ can help you feel more confident about your body.

Carboxytherapy
Carbon dioxide is naturally produced by the cells in our bodies every day of our lives. It is a by–product of metabolism. It is transported in the blood and exhaled through the lungs. Carboxytherapy is the simple and proven technique that can dramatically improve the appearance of cellulite by improving local tissue metabolism and perfusion. Treatments are rapid, comfortable, and effective.
The procedure is a non-surgical method where carbon dioxide (CO2) is infiltrated into the subcutaneous tissue through a tiny needle. From the injection point, the carbon dioxide diffuses easily into adjacent tissues.
Carboxytherapy works in two complimentary ways. First, and quite simply, carbon dioxide mechanically kills fat cells. Second, it has a strong vasodilatory effect (causes dilation of blood vessels) on the capillaries in the area. Wider vessels mean bigger and stronger blood flow to the area, which means more oxygen. The increase in oxygen is important because it eliminates the built-up fluid from between the cells. The end result is fewer fat cells and firmer tissue.

Erchonia Low Level
The Erchonia low level laser is the first and only low-level laser approved by the FDA for use during liposuction. The painless laser treatment is administered a few minutes prior to liposuction and works by liquefying the fat in the target area, making the removal of unwanted fat faster and easier. Post-operative bruising and swelling is remarkably reduced and following treatment patients can expect to be back on their feet much sooner than with other forms of liposuction. In addition, because there is less pain experienced, less medication to alleviate the pain is involved.
The device is a portable low-level laser unit (dual-diode laser) that creates a thin beam of red light. Its external application on the skin helps to create fat liquefaction, making the suction of the fat easier and quicker. Moreover, the use of the laser after liposuction eases pain, reduces bruising, improves healing, and provides a more rapid recovery. This is a non-invasive laser that does not create pain during its use and it is nearly imperceptible to the patient.
